1991 - 1996

 

Born in Odessa, Ukraine, USSR on March 8. Early years revolve around Cheburashka, dubbed Tom and Jerry episodes, and the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Parents make plans to dip as Boris Yeltsin takes another drink.

 

1996 - 2001

 

America, what a country! Automatic doors in supermarkets, pizza, and cartoons. What can be better?

 

First comic I draw about a boy who eats too much ice cream gets a big laugh from my first-grade class. I continue my comic book career in fourth grade with an ongoing series called 'Dumb-Eat-Trees and Friends.' 

 

9/11 happens. America changes forever. Bin Laden hides out in Pakistan as I make plans for middle school. 

 

2001 - 2005

 

Misery begins. Get into the gifted program in middle school and flunk out within six months.

 

My animation career begins and ends on Newgrounds (watch my old videos here). Adult Swim does not come knocking on my door. 

 

2005 - 2009

 

High school starts. Enter honors dweeb phase (with some Advanced Placement classes mixed in). Sprinkle in some Mock Trial in senior year, and it's no surprise that I graduated a virgin. 

 

2009 - 2013

 

College starts. I start writing short stories and attempt a couple of shitty novels. Major in creative writing and get ready for the unemployment line.

 

2013 - 2018

 

Start doing stand-up comedy while working miserable office jobs. Make some people laugh at a few bringer shows. Comedy Central does not come knocking on my door.

 

2018 - 2023

 

Move to Albany, New York for a job with the New York State Department of Health. Start doing community theater in the area. One of the plays I'm in gets a good write-up in the Berkshire Edge.  

 

2023 - present 

 

Move back home. Release two albums on YouTube that nobody listens to. Dad dies after a long battle with cancer.
